25% of each sale you refer. Templates are a one-time $44–$54, so that's roughly $11–$13.50 per template, and more on bundles and custom projects. Commissions are one-time per sale (there's no subscription to earn recurring on — these are one-time products).
Two ways, and both count. Anyone who uses your personal discount code at checkout is credited to you. And anyone who clicks your referral link is tracked for 60 days — if they buy within that window, you earn, even if they come back later.
